1. The subject of the order is the supply of computer equipment - a portable computer with accessories - for the needs of the Academy of Fine Arts. Wadysaw Strzemiski in Łodź.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, technical parameters of the equipment, and a description of the ordering party's requirements regarding implementation and acceptance are determined by appendices ASP-01-KP for part 1 and the draft provisions of the contract, appendix No. 4 to SWZ.3. The technical parameters given in Annexes ASP-01-KP for Part 1 are minimum requirements, which means that the Contractor may offer devices with parameters consistent with the minimum or better.4. Item description orders should be read together with any changes to the content of the specifications resulting from the responses to contractors' inquiries.5. All requirements specified in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above requires minimal will result in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the order pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Pzp.6 Act.
