The subject of the order is the supply of computer equipment for the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution. 2. The subject of the order was divided into 3 parts: Part 1: Printing and scanning devices, Part 2: Network devices, Part 3: Test laptops, 3. The description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as OPZ) is detailed in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. Equivalence conditions for the operating system (regarding part 3, item 3.2) are specified in Annex No. 2 A to the SWZ. 4. The method of implementing the subject of the order is specified in detail in the draft provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex No. 3A to the SWZ (parts 1 and 3) and Annex No. 3B to the SWZ (part 2). 5. The Ordering Party stipulates that it may first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure - in accordance with art. 139 of the Public Procurement Law. 6. In cases where the order documents indicate trademarks, symbols, patents, origin, source or specific process characterizing specific products or services provided by a specific Contractor, which would lead to preferential treatment or elimination of certain Contractors or products, this means that the Ordering Party cannot describe the subject of the contract in a sufficiently precise and understandable way...
