Part 1 - delivery of high-performance computers - 10 pcs. (option - max. 3 pcs.) Part 2 - delivery of desktop computers (127 pcs.) and monitors (25 pcs.) Part 3 - laptop delivery (1 pc.) Part 4 - delivery of laptops (2 pcs.) Hi 5 - delivery of multifunction devices (4 pcs.) 1. The subject of the order is the supply of computer equipment for the Provincial Police Headquarters in Łódź and its subordinate units. 2. The ordering party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then make a subjective qualification of the contractor whose the offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings (Article 139(1) of the Act on Public Procurement). 3. In connection with the application of the procedure under Art. 139 section 1, the Ordering Party does not require submitting a declaration with the offer, referred to in Art. 125 section 1uPzp. The ordering party will require this declaration only from the contractor whose offer receives the highest evaluation. 4. Pursuant to Art. 257 points 1 of the Act on Public Procurement, the Ordering Party reserves the right to invalidate the procedure. 5. Ordering Party does not provide for the award of contracts under Art. 214 section 1 uPzp. 6. The Ordering Party does not conduct preliminary market consultations. 1.
