part 1 of the procedure entitled DEVICES part 2 of the procedure entitled SETS The subject of the order is the delivery (purchase + transport + bringing) of computer equipment for educational purposes to the laboratory of the 4th Secondary School in Bytom, in quantity and parameters, including quality requirements relating to the main elements comprising subject of the order specified in the Description of the subject of the order. The procedure was divided into two parts: 1) part 1 titled DEVICES 2) part 2 entitled SETS The Ordering Party allows for the submission of partial offers. The contractor may submit an offer for one or both parts of the procedure. If the Ordering Party indicated trademarks, patents or origin, sources or specific information in the description of the subject of the order process that characterizes products or services provided by a specific Contractor, it is allowed to offer solutions equivalent to those described, provided that they maintain the same minimum technical and quality parameters and functional etc. A contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the solution he offers meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. In such a case, the Contractor attaches a list of solutions to the offer equivalent together with its description or standards.
