Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of computer equipment for the Faculty of History of the University of Warsaw as part of the DARIAH-PL project. 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order - constitutes Annex No. 2 to the Specification of the terms of the order, hereinafter referred to as Specification or "SWZ" - "Technical Specification" and the contract template constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 3.All equipment must have complete appropriate wiring necessary to run individual devices. 4.All items specified in the item description orders must be an integral part of the equipment. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of configuring the equipment using external elements, except when the description of the item clearly indicates this. 5. Provided in the description of the subject of the order precise terms describing the subject of the order, e.g. names of suppliers, manufacturers, materials, goods, devices, references to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, certificates or other elements orders, does not mean that it is mandatory to offer them. The Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described. 6. The contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate/document that the subject of the contract offered by him meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.
