Delivery of computer equipment and accessories as part of the project entitled ACTION TRANSFORMATION 1. The scope of the order includes the purchase, delivery of computer equipment, monitors with accessories, installation, configuration and first launch, technical support in warranty period, warranty service for schools participating in the project entitled: Transformation Action. 2. The Ordering Party stipulates that the quality of the subject of the contract is consistent with applicable regulations and technical standards. The offered subject of the contract must constitute: property of the Contractor, not encumbered with rights to third parties and be brand new, obtained through a legal distribution channel on the Polish market. 3. The order is co-financed by the European Union under the Just Transition Fund - priority: FESL.10.00 European funds for transformation; activity FESL.10.23 Vocational education in the process of just transformation of the region, European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 Program in connection with the implementation of the project entitled "ACTION TRANSFORMATION", contract number: UDA-FESL.10.23-IZ.01-06CG/23; FESL.10.23-IZ.01-06CG/23-004. 1.
