Tender Details

1) The subject of the order is the supply of computer components (sound card with housing 1 pc.), specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as components. The offered components must be brand new and unused, come from current production (not older than 2024), have appropriate certificates, standards allowing them to be sold and used in the territory of the Republic of Poland.2) The scope of the order includes: purchase of components along with their delivery, transport, unloading and bringing them to the place indicated by the Ordering Party. The contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service3) Detailed description of the item the order is attached as Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.4) Order completion date: up to 11 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The completion date is the criterion for evaluating the offers. The contractor may offer a shorter completion date in relation to the above. deadline. The offer of the Contractor who offers a shorter completion date will receive points under this evaluation criterion5) Delivery address: University of Silesia in Katowice, Delivery Management Department, room 310, ul.
