Delivery of a computed tomography scanner together with adaptation of the rooms of the Computed Tomography Laboratory related to the installation of a new computed tomography device. The subject of the order includes: - one-time delivery and installation of the subject of the order, the required technical parameters of which are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, adaptation of the rooms of the Computed Tomography Laboratory related to the installation of a new computed tomography device in accordance with the scope specified in Annex No. 3.1 to the SWZ together with with as-built technical documentation of the adaptation works performed, including the documentation necessary for the Ordering Party to obtain all legally required decisions issued by the WSEZ in Krakow, including those approving the shield design radiological protection constants, performance of tests and measurements referred to in point 151 of Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, as well as training of the Ordering Party's staff referred to in points 161-164 of Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, with the training of the Ordering Party's staff referred to referred to in point 162 of Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - within 5 business days from the date of sending the Contractor by the Ordering Party by e-mail information about the Ordering Party obtaining all decisions required by law issued by the WSSE in Krakow, including also approving the design of permanent radiological protection shields - up to 90 days from the date of signing the contract, - full warranty and service included in the offer price: minimum 24 months for delivery...
