Przedmiotem zamówienia w niniejszym postępowaniu jest w szczególności: 1) disassembly and disposal of the computed tomography scanner owned by the Ordering Party, Siemens Somatom Definition AS: 2) preparation and submission of a shield design to the Ordering Party radiological, 3) preparation and submission of design documentation to the Ordering Party in order to meet the functional and technical requirements set by the device and the Ordering Party's guidelines 4) performance of adaptation works, including finishing works, incl room of the CT Laboratory, consisting in adapting this room to the characteristics of the offered device in a way that allows its installation and operation in accordance with the prepared documentation referred to above and the guidelines for implementation adaptation works 5) delivery of the tomograph with equipment, installation, commissioning, carrying out the necessary tests and measurements, performance of acceptance and specialist tests as well as inspections necessary to obtain the commissioning permit and operation of the device; 6)integracja urządzenia z systemami informatycznymi PACS funkcjonującymi w szpitalu; 7) training of doctors, technicians, nurses and other staff of the Ordering Party in the use of the device.
