The subject of the order is the supply of a compressed air energy storage device for the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Shipbuilding of the Gdańsk University of Technology. a) The subject of the order is design, manufacture, delivery, assembly and commissioning a teaching station for storing and recovering energy from compressed air, hereinafter referred to as the station. The station must be a complete, fully functional and ready-to-operate installation, implemented in accordance with the description and technological diagram. b) The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide the required equipment, install and commission it, and train the Ordering Party's employees in the operation and maintenance of the subject of the order, c) Transport of the subject of the contract to the place designated by the Ordering Party and its insurance, until collected by the Ordering Party without reservations; d) The Contractor declares that the subject of the contract meets the technical parameters and requirements specified in the Detailed description of the subject of the order; e) The subject of the contract delivered to the Ordering Party is brand new, free from legal and physical defects and ready for use, without the need to make additional purchases and is not...
