Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery, including installation, commissioning and configuration of a complete uninterrupted power supply system intended to secure the ICT infrastructure as part of the Cyberbezpieczny Samorząd grant project. 2. In detail the description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is included in Annex No. 7 to the Specification of Order Terms.3. The task was carried out as part of the Cybersecurity Local Government Project. Implemented under the European Funds for Digital Development 2021-2027 (FERC) Priority II: Advanced digital services, Measure 2.2. Strengthening the national cybersecurity system.4. The Ordering Party, in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law, allows the Contractor to use equivalent materials/solutions indicated in the specification of conditions order and the detailed technical specifications attached thereto that meet applicable standards and requirements. The Ordering Party stipulates that wherever in the content of the documentation constituting the description of the subject of the order, signs are indicated in the description of the subject trademarks, patents or origin of materials/devices, they should be considered as sample proposals.
