The subject of the proceedings is the design and delivery of a complete floor system according to specification no. 609A-ST-040, which includes: 1. Floor panels;2. Thermal and acoustic insulation system;3. Floor foundation; 4. Fasteners;5. Other elements necessary to install the system on a wagon. According to the attached documents and the provisions in the description of the procedure. The request for quotation concerns 14 wagons of the 609A-10 type. The offer should include the following items: 1. Net prices 2. Validity period of the offer is at least 60 days 3.
