The subject of the order is divided into two parts: Part 1 - delivery of a Commvault license or equivalent software with support in accordance with the principles specified in the SOPZ - i.e. in Annex No. 1a to the draft contract and on the principles indicated in the terms and conditions software manufacturer licensing. Part 2 - delivery of a Microsoft license or equivalent software with support in accordance with the principles specified in the SOPZ - i.e. in Annex No. 1b to the draft contract and on the principles indicated in the terms and conditions software manufacturer licensing. A detailed description of the subject of the order (SOPZ) for Part 1 and Part 2 of the procedure, quality requirements, technical requirements (parameters and functionalities) can be found in the draft contract (including its annexes). constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. The equivalence conditions are described in Chapter 3 in point 3.4 SWZ.
