The subject of the order is the delivery, commissioning and implementation of network switches. The order includes a total of 152 network devices: 90 standard access switches (Access class), 60 access switches with PoE/PoE+ support (Power over Ethernet), 2 core switches (Core/Distribution) - high-performance units and a management and monitoring system. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, i.e. Description of the subject orders. The Ordering Party requires the submission of the said evidence along with the offer in accordance with Chapter II of the SWZ, point 2 The Ordering Party informs that in the event of failure to submit the evidence in question with the offer or in a situation where the submitted the evidence in question will be incomplete, the Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 107 section 2 of the Act will call for their submission or supplementation within the prescribed period, unless, despite the submission of the evidence in question, the offer will be subject to rejection or there will be grounds for invalidating the proceedings. Additional information: The Ordering Party envisages invalidation of the procedure if the public funds it intended to allocate to finance all or part of the order have not been awarded.
