Tender Details

The subject of the order is the delivery of a command and communications vehicle. The vehicle and the equipment installed on it must be brand new, unused, undamaged, unencumbered by third party rights, and of the highest quality. Detailed description of the item order, specifying the minimum requirements set by the Ordering Party regarding the subject of the order, are included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ: "Description of the subject of the contract", and the detailed implementation conditions are included in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ: "contract template". Statements and documents that contractors are obliged to provide in order to demonstrate the lack of grounds for exclusion and confirm compliance with the conditions for participation in the proceedings are described in Chapter IX of the SWZ. 1. The Ordering Party envisages the use of the so-called procedures reverse referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Act, i.e. the Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings. 2. Pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Act, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the proceedings in question if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to allocate to finance all or part of contracts, were not awarded to him. 3.
