Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of combined filters, divided into 3 parts (tasks). task no. 1: FP-170 combined filter; task no. 2: FPT-100B combined filter; task no. 3: FPT-200B combined filter. 2. Requirements and detailed description the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference, which the Ordering Party will provide to Contractors invited to submit offers who meet the conditions specified in the announcement. 3. The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of submission partial offers. 4. Order completion date: • The subject of the order must be delivered to the Ordering Party within the specified time from the most advantageous offer, but no later than October 30, 2026 (depending on which of the above-mentioned deadlines expire earlier) • Deadline for execution of the Agreement under the optional order: until October 30, 2026. 5. The Ordering Party provides for the right of option in the proceedings in question. The Ordering Party will present the quantities it will use under the option right within the deadline 90 days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement. The Contractor is not entitled to claim against the Ordering Party for optional deliveries. 6. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of invalidating the procedure pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law in a situation where public funds which intended to finance all or part of the contract will not be awarded to him.
