1. The subject of the order is the supply of cold mineral and asphalt mix for road surface repairs. Code according to CPV 44 11 37 00 2 materials for road surface repairs2. Cold mineral and asphalt mixture from an aggregate mixture crushed stone surrounded by liquefied modified road asphalt must: 1) have properties allowing its use at temperatures from -10oC or lower to +30oC or higher, 2) be made of crushed aggregate (100%) with a grain size of up to 8 mm, 3) be packed in disposable plastic bags, with a shelf life of min. 5 months from the date of delivery, 4) has a current technical approval issued by an accredited certification body or another equivalent document confirming that the offered material meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.3. The order includes the supply of cold mineral and asphalt mixture for year-round road surface repairs. Deliveries in the form of partial deliveries (estimated total quantity up to 350 tons).4. The orderer may reduce the quantity ordered material below the estimated amounts. For this reason, the Contractor will not be entitled to any compensation...
