1. The subject of this order is the delivery of two brand new devices (elements) free from legal and physical defects, as additional equipment for the station (device) already owned by the Ordering Party for obtaining polymer nanofibers from solution for the production of filters for the food industry by Doxa Microfluidics, model Professional Lab Device V 2.0) year of production 2024, i.e. delivery of: 1) Climate module; 2) Rotary collector. 2. Description of parameters required by the Ordering Party technical, as well as other minimum properties for the climate module and the rotary collector referred to in section 1 point 1) and 2) above (the so-called technical and scope description of the subject of delivery) is provided in Annex No. 2 SWZ. 3. Whenever in further provisions This ToR will refer to the Equipment without further specification - it means the entire subject of delivery from this order, i.e. including the climate module and the rotary collector referred to in section 1 point 1) and 2) above (and in Annex No. 2, respectively SWZ), specified in Annex No. 2 SWZ.
