Tender Details

1. Subject of the order.1.1 The Contractor undertakes to sell and deliver to the Ordering Party for remuneration (delivery), on the terms specified in the contract, cleaning and washing concentrates together with a dispenser, hereinafter referred to as the subject of the order.1.2 Detailed the scope, type, parameters and quantities of individual elements of the subject of the order are included in Annex No. 1 of the Specification of Terms and Conditions of the Order available at: https://kopalniawieliczka.ezaniąjacy.pl2. Delivery terms.2.1 Contractor at the request of the Ordering Party undertakes to sell and deliver the subject of the order successively, in batches, during the duration of the contract, in a maximum of 24 batches. The Ordering Party will submit orders to the Contractor by e-mail.2.2 Number and type of elements of the subject of the order that will be sold and delivered in one batch, depends on the needs of the Ordering Party and will be specified in the written order referred to in point 2.1.2.3. The Contractor undertakes to sell and deliver the elements of the subject of the order within 7 business days from the date of receipt order from the Ordering Party.2.4 The Contractor will notify the Ordering Party about the preparation of the order by phone or e-mail...
