The subject of the order is the supply of cleaning elements (brushes and pads) for specialized equipment for airport maintenance, in the quantities and range specified in the order documents. 2. The Ordering Party allows deliveries (products) from third countries that are not parties to international agreements (within the scope of tasks No. 1 - 7). 3. The scope of the order has been divided into 7 tasks. The contractor may submit an offer for any number of tasks. 4. The description of the subject of the order, the requirements it must meet and the conditions for its implementation are specified in the order documents. 5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to use option rights. 6. In order to confirm that the offered deliveries meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, the Ordering Party requests the submission of the said evidence - for task No. 3, described in the order documents. 7. The Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 107 paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Law provides for the supplementation of the evidence in question if the contractor does not submit it with the offer or the evidence submitted with the offer is incomplete...
