1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a class D passenger car for the needs of the District Office in Jelenia Gra. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including requirements regarding technical parameters, car equipment and warranty, has been included in Appendix No. 3 to the Specification of Order Terms. All given in the above-mentioned the technical and equipment parameters and requirements in the appendix are minimal, which means that the Contractor is obliged to offer a car that complies with the requirements minimum/maximum or with parameters not worse than those indicated in the Detailed description of the subject of the order (Appendix No. 3 to the Specification of Order Conditions). 3.
