3.2. The subject of the order is the supply of chemical reagents, standards, reference materials and disinfectants and cleaning agents, including: 3.2.1. Part 1 - Delivery of chemical reagents for microbiological and serological tests3.3. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ and Designed contractual provisions, Annex No. 4 to SWZ.3.4. Each time, at the time of delivery of a given batch of goods, the Ordering Party reserves the right to check in the presence of the Contractor whether the goods are not defective and in case of doubts as to the compliance of a given batch of goods with the provisions of the SWZ, the Ordering Party reserves the right to the possibility of refusing the goods and requesting the Contractor to deliver a given batch of goods within the originally agreed date.3.5. The subject of the order must be admitted to trading in accordance with applicable regulations.3.6. Supplies will be delivered in batches at the Contractor's expense to the Veterinary Hygiene Department in Krakow, street Brodowicza 13b.
