1. The subject of the order is cereal, legume and potato products for Military Units in the region responsibility of the 3rd Regional Logistics Base in 2027.
2. The scope of the order includes 7 delivery areas, constituting 7 tasks specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ - Price form (sheets for tasks 1-7)
3. The terms of the order execution are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Designed provisions of the contract.
4. The description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 4 to the SWZ (individual assortment items are located in separate files).
5. Places of deliveries within each seven areas (tasks) are specified in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ - Places of delivery.
6. The Ordering Party provides exercising the right of option in all tasks.
7. To confirm that the offered deliveries meet those specified by the Ordering Party requirements, the Ordering Party requests the submission of the evidence specified in the procurement documents.
