1. The subject of the order is: Delivery of C 65 B3 PU/RC cationic asphalt emulsion in an amount of 60 Mg2. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers or offers in the form of electronic catalogues.5. The Ordering Party does not envisage awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 and 8.6. Detailed description and method of order execution: a) Subject of the order is the supply of cationic asphalt emulsion C 65 B3 PU/RC in the amount of 60 Mg, which will be used for renovation and repair of road surfaces, b) The supply of the emulsion, in addition to the sale itself, includes: loading, weighing, transport and unloading. The contractor will provide a hydraulic pump for unloading the emulsion, c) The emulsion will be unloaded on the Road Circuit in Rozprzy al. 900-lecia 13, 97-340 Rozprza, Piotrkowski district, province. d) The minimum quantity of a single delivery will not be less than 10 Mg, e) The delivered asphalt emulsion cationic C 65 B3 PU/RC will be used for renovations and repairs of bituminous surfaces and should meet the following...
