Tender Details

Delivery of cast iron brake inserts 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 38, 000 pieces of brand new DO-380 B cast iron brake inserts with expansion joints for electric multiple units. 2. The Ordering Party requires that: 1) the subject of the order was compliant with the ZN-07/PKP CARGO 8 standard, 2) the brake inserts were of the highest quality, made of high-phosphorus, abrasion-resistant cast iron of the P10 grade according to the ZN-07/PKP CARGO 4 standard, the Polish standard PN-K-88151:2002 and the UIC 832 card issued by the International Railway Union, 3) for the subject of the order, the Contractor had a Certificate of approval for operation of a typical rail vehicle element issued by the Office of Rail Transport (formerly the Chief Railway Inspector). 3. In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes that refer to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, in accordance with Article 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows the use of solutions equivalent to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems indicated in the SWZ and annexes, if they allow to obtain features or parameters not worse than those mentioned. If equivalent solutions are used, the Contractor is obliged to demonstrate written equivalence of the offered technical parameters in relation to the subject of the order.
