The subject of the order is the successive delivery of cassettes with thermal wristbands for patient identification for UCK in the range, price, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex No. 3 to SWZ.2. The offered assortment referred to in section 1 must meet the requirements specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the requirements specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer.3. The ordering party does not allow it submitting partial offers. The Ordering Party will not divide the order into parts because such a division in these proceedings is pointless and would cause significant difficulties and excessive costs in the execution of the order. Additionally, art. 91 of the PZP Act does not impose the absolute obligation to divide the order into parts, however, constitutes the Ordering Party's right to divide the order, therefore it is impossible to allege the illegality of such an action due to the lack of a norm imposing the obligation to divide.4.
