The subject of the order is the delivery of a set of cardiomonitors, vital signs monitors and telemetry (hereinafter referred to as equipment), described in detail in the List of Required Functions and Technical Parameters constituting Annex No. 6 to this ToR, in quantities indicated in the price form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. The purchase by the Ordering Party of the equipment referred to in section 1 will be made under contract No KPOD.07.02-IP.10-0374/25/KPO/656/2026/52 for support from the development plan for the project "Development and modernization of cardiology at the Regional Specialist Hospital in Grudziądz" implemented under the National Plan for Reconstruction and Increasing Resiliences: Component D "Efficiency, availability and quality of the health care system" Investment D1.1.1 "Development and modernization of infrastructure of highly specialized care centers and other medical entities" concluded by the Ordering Party with the State Treasury - Minister of Health The Ordering Party informs that in the proceedings in question conducted as an open tender, it envisages the possibility of applying the procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law The Ordering Party uses the above-mentioned procedure, it will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation...
