The subject of the order is the delivery of cameras and the expansion of the camera remote control system (vision system), hereinafter referred to as the "system", on a system supported by five cameras installed in the Senate Meetings Hall, controlled by operators from the vision and phonia director. The purchase of the sixth camera is aimed at The planned replacement of the existing static camera (currently used to view the room and commission transmission). This camera - as the only one - will not be controlled by a dedicated application, it will be installed and configured by the contracting authority. The contracting authority allows the installation of cameras on the heads or cameras PTZ. Cameras will be controlled by means of a control desktop, a vision and phonia directed by a director. The system must enable work in two modes: manual, in which the location of each of the cameras is controlled by the help of a dedicated desktop, and the work parameters of each one are set from cameras separately. The system must enable manual remembering parameters (for each of the Senate positions in the Senate meeting room), and then recalling them at any time and in any order; automatic, in which based on information received from the conference system, The system automatically displays on the operator's touch screen information about the activation of the microphone in a specific position in the Senate Meeting Hall.
