The subject of the order is the supply of a C-arm X-ray machine for the emergency department, described in detail in the List of Required Functions and Technical Parameters constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ, in quantities indicated in the Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 2.
