Tender Details

1. The subject of the order included the purchase of the following products: - Service trousers in an amount of 1, 500 pieces as part of the basic order; - Service trousers in quantities of up to 1, 500 pieces as part of an option order. 2. The item delivered as part of the order must be new and must come from current production. Items made under the option right must be identical to the item delivered under the basic order. 3. The minimum required warranty period for each item of the order is 24 months from the date of its release from the warehouse for use, however the period of its storage by the Ordering Party in the warehouse is a maximum of 5 years. If the subject of the order is released for use after the expiry of its storage period, the warranty referred to above ceases to apply. Extending the warranty period is one of the criteria for evaluating offers. 4. After signing the contract, before starting production, the Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with a sample of the subject matter of the contract (2 copies) together with the documents listed in the draft contract within 30 days from the date of signing the contract. 5. The contractor selected during the contract award procedure The public contractor is obliged to implement the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party.
