Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the sale to the Ordering Party and delivery to the Recipients (organizational units of the Ordering Party) of the following assortment:

Part I:

- warning vests in a target quantity of 411 pieces;

Part II:

- tactical vests in a target quantity of 984 pieces;

Part III:

- glovestactical pants in the target quantity of 970 pairs;

Part IV:

- tactical trousers in the target quantity of 2011 pairs;

Part V:

- operational belts in the target quantity of 811 pieces;

2. The subject of the contract should be performed in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in Annexes no. 2, 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d to the Draft Agreement (Appendix no6 to SWZ).

3. The Ordering Party reserves that it guarantees the purchase of 70% of the target quantity of the products specified in section 1 above. The remaining 30% of the target quantities or part thereof may be ordered depending on the needs and will of the Ordering Party (option right). Failure by the Ordering Party to purchase the itemin quantities greater than 70% of the target quantities, cannot constitute the basis for any financial claims on the part of the Contractor due to failure to complete the order and cannot constitute the basis for price changes.

4. Detailed description of the subject of the order and the principles of execution of the subject of the orderThe provisions are included in the Draft Agreement constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.
