1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new (unused, manufactured no earlier than 2026) bus for transporting people, with the possibility of adapting the vehicle to transport disabled people (2 seats), together with equipment, hereinafter also referred to as bus, equipment or subject of the order.2. The offered subject of the order will be complete and ready for use without any additional purchases and investments on the part of the Ordering Party. The contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the order with full documentation, incl including certificates and approvals authorizing the above-mentioned equipment for proper use. The Contractor declares that the delivered subject of the order will be brand new and free from manufacturing and legal defects.3. Detailed description of the subject of the order, warranty and service conditions are described in Annex No. 8 to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract.4. The Contractor will notify the Ordering Party about the date of receipt of the delivery at least 5 days before the date of receipt of the equipment delivery. 5. The Ordering Party does not allow a vehicle with high mileage for testing purposes higher than 20 km.6.
