1. Wheat bread - chopped, packed in foil, from bread wheat flour, without enhancers, weight of one loaf: 0.350 kg. The crumb should not have signs of viscosity, moisture, lumps, mold, deforming, dirt, burning. Features of the crumb: elastic plump consistency combined with the skin. The skin of the right color, shiny, without cracking, combined with crumb. On each loaf (packaging) attached shelf life and composition. EstimatedMonthly demand: about 6, 300 kg. Daily delivery: from 190 kg to 260 kg. The shelf life is not less than 4 days from the date of delivery. The quality of art. Food cannot differ from Polish standards. Quantity - 37, 800 kg;
