Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of bread, fresh bakery and confectionery products to military garrisons located in Asko and Sieradz. 2. The ordering party, acting pursuant to Art. 91 section 2 of the Public Procurement Law, refrained from dividing the contract into parts for the following reasons: technical, organizational and economic: 2.1 The subject of the order is the supply of bread, bakery and confectionery products, constituting a single category of products offered comprehensively by bakeries. Entities operating on this market (including micro, small and medium-sized enterprises) typically have full range of products covered by the order. Combining these products in one order does not constitute an entry barrier and does not limit competition, and in fact corresponds to the natural structure of commercial supply. 3. The offer must include the valuation of the entire product range constituting the subject of the order.4. Type of product ordered includes the price form, Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 5.
