3. The subject of the order includes the following supplies. products to the Prison in Wodawa. Conditions of delivery of goods: transport by the supplier meeting HACCP requirements, at his expense, with prior agreement on the quantity of deliveries with the person dealing with food supplies at the Prison in Wodawa. Quality requirements: fresh bread, homogeneous in shape and color, packed in two stages (in individual packaging and collective packaging), the Ordering Party does not allow the Contractor to deliver fresh, returned bread. Quality acceptance: visually by the chef or warehouseman at the time of delivery. Guarantees, complaints: immediate replacement of the questioned batch of goods. The ordered goods must meet Polish quality standards. The shelf life of the delivered products is no shorter than 3 days from the date of delivery. Orders placed by phone three days before the delivery date. 1. Weight of the ordered product takes into account: net weight of the ordered assortment plus the weight of the packaging.2.
