Tender Details

Delivery of a brand new WUKO suction and rinsing vehicle 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new WUKO suction and rinsing vehicle. 2. General requirements of the subject of the order: 1) the delivered WUKO type suction and rinsing vehicle must be brand new, manufactured no earlier than 2026. It should have a 4x2 drive, automatic gearbox, permissible total weight: 1800 kg, meet EURO 6 or equivalent requirements and all assemblies and components are brand new, free from defects physical and legal; 2) The Contractor will deliver the vehicle to the Ordering Party's headquarters on its own. 3. Detailed description of the subject of the order, including a list of minimum required technical and operational parameters, equipment of the suction and rinsing vehicle type WUKO was indicated in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract. 4. The warranty period for the entire subject of the order is a minimum of 24 months (the warranty period is an additional criterion price - excluding consumables) from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol. The warranty period extends the warranty period. The Ordering Party is entitled to full warranty rights for physical defects resulting from provisions of the Civil Code within the deadlines specified therein - regardless of warranty rights.
