Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of brand new, unused, complete and ready-for-use power generators - Part I: delivery of 2 power generators with a rated power of 20 kVA2. The description of the subject of the order (in short: OPZ) is included in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ/Appendix No. 1 to draft provisions of the contract. 3. The draft provisions of the contract regarding the above public procurement, which will be introduced into the content of the contract, are included in Annex No. 2 to SWZ.4. The ordering party will waive from specifying specific requirements regarding accessibility for people with disabilities and design for all users referred to in Art. 100 paragraph 1 and 2 of the Public Procurement Law, because the Ordering Party does not provide for access to service and assignment of persons with disabilities to tasks related to the operation of generators.5.
