1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new, unused, 9-seater bus with a fully electric drive, intended for the transport of people with disabilities.2. Minimum technical requirements2.1) Drive:a) fully electric drive;b) a zero-emission vehicle in accordance with the Act on Electromobility and Alternative Fuels, c) approval allowing the vehicle to operate in the EU. 2.2) Number of seats: a) minimum 9 seats (8 passengers + driver), b) possibility of dismantling or configuring the seats. 2.3) Range a) range in the WLTP1 combined cycle of at least 300 km. 2.4) Battery a) traction battery with a capacity ensuring the required range, b) warranty for the battery for a minimum of 8 years or 160, 000 km (whichever comes first).2.5) charginga) possibility of charging AC current, b) possibility of quick DC charging, c) AC charging cable included. 2.6) Accessibility for people with disabilities a) possibility of transporting people with limited mobility, b) adapted to transport people in a wheelchair, equipped with an access ramp and stable attachment points for the stroller (belts) c) low floor or feet making it easier to get in, d) lifting handles...
