Delivery of a brand new shredder for the Solid Waste Utilization Plant Sp. z o. o. in Tczew 1) The subject of the order is delivery to Solid Waste Utilization Plant Sp. z o. o. based in Tczew, at ul. Rokicka 5A, brand new mobile shredder (1 pc.). The Contractor is obliged to deliver the Subject of the Agreement to the place of delivery, which is the premises of the Ordering Party's plant in Tczew, at ul. Rokicka 5A, on working days, Monday to Friday, from 7 - 15. Subject Order also includes: - transfer of ownership of the shredder to the Ordering Party upon signing the acceptance protocol without any comments, but no later than the date specified in point 7 SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract (PPU) - § 2; - all obligations of the Contractor specified in the draft provisions of the contract, in particular transport, insurance, delivery security, unloading, commissioning and handing over of the complete and ready-for-use device, - implementation warranty and service obligations. The subject of the order must be complete, technically efficient and ready for operation in accordance with its intended purpose, together with all elements, equipment and documentation required in the OPZ and designed provisions of the contract.
