Delivery of a brand new reloading machine. 1. The subject of the order includes the delivery of a brand new reloading machine with accessories for the Regional Installation for Municipal Waste Processing (RIPOK) based in Inowrocław at 77 Bagienne Street. 2. Terms of financing the order: based on a leasing agreement after conducting a tender procedure by the ordering party, after selecting and signing a contract with the machine supplier. 3. Detailed technical specifications of the machine reloading were described in the offer form constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 4. Organizational and technical requirements for the contractor: a) the contractor must be the manufacturer or an authorized representative of the manufacturer of the offered machine, b) the contractor must have an authorized stationary service facility with a parts warehouse and a mobile service facility in the country, c) service response to notifications within a maximum of 48 hours from the moment of reporting the failure (counting business days), d) delivery of the machine is not allowed made as a prototype or as a trial series, e) the contractor will deliver a machine that meets the conditions specified by the Ordering Party to the Regional Municipal Waste Processing Installation in Inowrocław, located at ul. Bagienne 77, f) contractor w price will provide a full warranty for a period of 36 months counted from the date of signing the machine acceptance protocol by the ordering party or for the number of operating hours specified in the "Warranty" criterion, depending on the following...
