Tender Details

1. Delivery of brand new, black plastic folding chairs along with full logistics services, including transport, protection during transport, unloading, bringing to the indicated premises of the Ordering Party, unpacking, possible assembly and tidying up the delivery place.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is described in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ3. The Ordering Party does not plan to use the option.4. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 5 to SWZ.5. Settlements between the Ordering Party and the Contractor will be made in PLN.6. The ordering party does not require the contractor to personally perform key tasks. 7. The contractor may entrust the execution of part of the order to a subcontractor. In such a case The ordering party shall indicate in the offer the contractor the parts of the order whose performance it intends to entrust to subcontractors, and provide the names of any subcontractors, if they are already known.8. The offer must be clear and comprehensive, i.e. cover the entire range orders. The offered subject of the order must meet the requirements of the Ordering Party.9.
