Tender Details

Delivery of brand new notebooks and monitors 1. The subject of the basic scope of the order is the supply of brand new computer equipment: - Notebook 16” - 222 pcs. - Notebook 16” type 2 - 1 pc. - 23.8” monitor - 157 pcs. - Vertical mouse - 253 pcs. 2.The offered equipment must be brand new and come from official distribution channels. 3. In order to reduce the amount of waste, the Ordering Party allows the use of collective packaging. 4. The ordering party is entitled to use, in addition to the basic scope from the option right referred to in Art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law, increasing the subject of the contract by a maximum of: - Notebook 16” - 40 pcs. - Notebook 16” type 2 - 2 pcs. - 23.8” monitor - 40 pcs. at unit prices for a given type of computer equipment, indicated in the table No. 2: Order under the option right of the offer form - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ). 5. The Ordering Party may exercise the option right in whole or in part. The Ordering Party will decide on the possibility and will to exercise the reserved option right in accordance with financial possibilities. It is stipulated that the option right does not constitute a contractual (including financial) obligation of the Ordering Party at the time of concluding the procurement contract, and the anticipated optional scope of the procurement is not guaranteed to be implemented.
