1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a new light reconnaissance and rescue vehicle of the SLRR type for the needs of the Volunteer Fire Department in Barcice on the terms set out in this specification of the terms of the order (hereinafter referred to as SWZ).2. Item the order includes: a) delivery of a brand new (year of production not earlier than: 2025), light reconnaissance and rescue vehicle of the SLRR type in accordance with the description contained in the technical specification of the vehicle constituting Annex No. 1 to SWZ; b) obtaining approval the delivered subject of the order in the manner specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration of June 20, 2007 on the list of products intended to ensure public safety or protect health, life and property, as well as rules for issuing approvals for these products for use (Journal of Laws 2007.143.1002, as amended), if applicable; c) providing an extract from the approval certificate; d) providing documents necessary for registration of the vehicle; e) providing instructions for using the car in Polish; f) providing car warranty books; g) ensuring service and warranty repairs of the chassis and bodywork...
