The Ordering Party informs that the leased item will be insured in accordance with market standards in the scope of: a) specialized insurance for construction machinery, which will include: covers all losses involving the loss of the insured item, its damage or destruction as a result of a sudden, unforeseeable cause beyond the control of the policyholder (CASCO MASZYN CPM). b) compulsory civil liability insurance motor vehicle owners (third party liability insurance ppm). 5.
