Tender Details

The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery to the Ordering Party's headquarters of a brand new backhoe loader as part of the provision of equipment to the Chopice Commune necessary for the protection of the population and the functioning of civil defense. The backhoe loader will be delivered to the Ordering Party from official authorized distributor of construction machines of a given brand in Poland, brand new, manufactured in 2026, free from physical and legal defects, covered by the manufacturer's warranty in Poland. The backhoe loader must meet the vehicle's requirements permitted to drive on public roads in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Road Traffic Law and the implementing provisions thereof. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1a to the SWZ. Description of the subject of the order - Technical specification, which contains the minimum requirements that the offered subject of the order must meet.
