Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new backhoe loader with technical parameters specified in Annex 4a SWZ, along with training of the Ordering Party's employees.2. The subject of the order must meet the boundary conditions specified in Annex 4 to SWZ. Failure to meet at least one of the boundary conditions specified in Annex 4 to the SWZ will result in rejection of the offer.3. The subject of the order will be delivered together with the equipment necessary for its proper functioning.4. The excavator will be delivered on site indicated by the Ordering Party in Rotmance, ul. Sportowa 25, Rotmanka 83-010 Straszyn - at the Contractor's expense.5. The contractor will deliver, put into operation the equipment and train employees within 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.6. The Contractor will train the Employer's employees (1 person) on the basics of equipment operation.7. The contractor will be obliged to guarantee that the delivered equipment is brand new, complete, of a high standard both in terms of quality and functionality, and free from material defects, construction and legal.8.
