1. The subject of the order is the delivery of brand new agricultural tractors, divided into tasks.

2. The subject of the order includes the delivery of brand new agricultural tractors with accessories, with technical parameters described in Chapter C of the SWZ, together with service and training of Zama staffwind, divided into 2 tasks.

Delivery of 2 pieces of brand new agricultural tractors with power in the range of 90 HP-110 HP with a front three-point hitch and a front loader

Description of the order part:

Task No. 1 Delivery of 2 pieces of brand new agricultural tractors with power in the range of 90 HP 110 HP inclfront linkage and front loader.

1) Agricultural tractors together with the front linkage and front loader must be brand new, of one brand, model, the same year of production, not older than 2023, and with technical parameters described in Chapter C of the SWZ. The front linkage and front loader must be compatcompatible with the offered tractors.

2) Tractors must have documents enabling registration and movement of the vehicle

on public roads in Poland. Tractors must be equipped with all installations and devices required for agricultural tractors, in accordance with the provisions of the Act datedand June 20, 1997 Road Traffic Law and the Act of April 14, 2023 on approval systems for vehicles and their equipment.

3) The Contractor will deliver and unload the subject of the order at his own expense, ensuring its proper protection during transport and loading...
