Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new agricultural tractor with accessories in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the order specified in Appendix No. 2 to this SWZ.2. When specifying standards requirements, the ordering party indicates this as a requirement meeting these standards or equivalent.3. The Contractor, together with the vehicle, is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with all necessary documents for registration of the vehicle as well as the operating instructions and warranty book.4. In addition: 1) The contractor must indicate an authorized contractor warranty service authorized to perform warranty repairs of the tractor and its accessories in Poland, located closest to the Ordering Party's registered office, at a distance of no more than 25 km2) The minimum warranty period for an agricultural tractor, without mileage limitation, is 24 months or 3000 mth (over a period of 2 years)3) The minimum warranty period for the pug is 24 months. 4) The minimum warranty period for a flail mower is 24 months. The period of all warranty starts from the date of handing over the tractor and its accessories to the headquarters. Ordering Party.
