1. The subject of the order is the supply of brand new 9 mm training pistols.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ and Technical Specification as Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ.3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers.4. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the Essential Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex No. 6 to SWZ.5. Pursuant to Art. 310 of the Act, the contracting authority may cancel the contract award procedure if public funds which the Ordering Party intends to use to finance all or part of the order have not been granted to it.6. The Ordering Party reserves that the total value of the order may not exceed its financial resources.7. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of using: option rights referred to in Art. 441 of the Act.
