Delivery of brake linings 1. The subject of the order is the supply of brand new 5, 000 sets of brake linings type Jurid 878 (J1492/J1493) drawing no. C105255/35B5X or equivalent, for use in EMUs of the 45WE series and Pesa double-deck wagons Sundeck. In all provisions of the SWZ and its annexes that refer to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, in accordance with Art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows the use of solutions equivalent to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and reference systems technical specifications, indicated in the SWZ and annexes, if they allow obtaining features or parameters not worse than those mentioned.
